You will receive your 360 reports at the end of this module to have time to review then take forward into your next coaching session.

Bring to mind a situation that is important to you and your team / area of business that you’re currently involved in, or will be in the next few months, that involves a relationship with at least one other stakeholder (a direct report, peer, manager, external stakeholder etc. This should be an individual and not a team, a Directorate, National delegation etc).

• What is your desired result?

• Why are these results so important to you?

• What’s at risk if you if the relationship isn’t as effective as it could be?
